This preheater allows you to have several boxes of oil and or buttery topping ready to at all times. Ideal for use with an industrial popcorn machine using the Bag-in-a-Box oil system, the 4 Compartment Preheater allows you to preheat up to four seperate 35 lb bag-in-a-box products. It is handy to have this Stainless Steel Construction versatile backroom warmer in a concession stand or other high volume business locations. For high volume locations, an optional door kit, GM-2271, can be installed on the GM-2262. It is recommended that a door be installed on if the Bag-in-Box cantainers are rotated inless than (3) day cycles. Optional " base/stand for model 2262. Only needed if required by local health codes.
