For use with ribbon element electric fryers with non-stick coating. Mold for funnel cake sticks with platform makes (6) sticks (funnel cake fries / fingers) at a time. Simply set the platform in the floor of your funnel cake fryer, place the mold onto the platform then add a small amount of batter to each mold section.
