The Keating Security Package is assembled with specially engineered options designed to deter the unauthorized and improper use of equipment in correctional and institutional environments.
Air Makeup Covers
An expanded metal cover can be attached over the air makeup opening on griddles to protect valves from mishandling. Available for MIRACLEAN® Griddles only.
Control Panel Covers
Made of 16 gauge stainless steel mounted with solid hinges and a single hasp over the control panel which allows access to controls while safeguarding against tampering. Available for MIRACLEAN® Griddles, Custom Pasta Systems and all Keating fryer models.
Belly Bars
Available in plated or stainless steel, belly bars can be mounted over the control panel to prevent excessive bumping and to keep cooks away from hot surfaces. Available for MIRACLEAN® Griddles, Custom Pasta Systems and all Keating fryer models.
Security Doors
Our Custom Pasta Systems and all Keating fryer models can be equipped with security doors that have tamper resistant hinges and use a standard 3/8" shackle with hasp.
Stainless Steel Covers
Covers made of stainless steel can be fastened with a hasp to prevent contamination when equipment is not in use. Available for Custom Pasta Systems and all Keating fryer models.
