This stainless steel unit is insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane. A hinged lid covers the contents to help protect from any contamination. The lid is made of a clear material to showcase your toppings and makes it quick and easy to check the products levels. The IRS-3 accepts three 1/6-size steam table pans or one 1/6-size and three 1/9-size pans up to 6" (15.2 cm) deep. Pans purchased separately. Use two round Eutectic Ice Packs 94013 and eliminate the mess and hassle of using ice.
