The 1/9-size jar is designed for use wherever steam table pans go or as a component piece in an insulated, countertop Mini Bar. High-impact Polypropylene construction will withstand years of constant use in the foodservice environment. This jar is 6" (15.2 cm) deep and holds 57 ounces (1.7 L). Lid not included.
Accepts Server pumps for 1/9-size jars. To ladle use the Deep 1/9-size jar with hinged lid 87229, rear tabs allow a hinged lid to be attached. Side slots accept a strike bar for leveling portions with a spoon or scoop.
